• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Slate Pro, your payment is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.

• We do not collect location data.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality, including live NBA play-by-play audio.
• To manage your subscription and provide access to premium features.
• To improve the App's performance and user experience.
• To respond to support requests.

Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: Handles subscription payments and management. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI: Generates text-to-speech audio for play-by-play narration. Game event text is sent to OpenAI's API for audio generation. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• BallDontLie: Provides live NBA game scores and play-by-play data. No personal user information is shared with BallDontLie; only game-related queries are made to their API. Subject to BallDontLie's website.

Data Retention

Usage data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and improve the App. You may request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information transmitted through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy
